Job summary

TMX Group in New York, NY seeks an Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day transfer agent tasks and DTC transactions in a fast-paced securities environment. You will process DWAC/DRS, balance records, and maintain client registries while supporting issuers, DTC Participants, and registered shareholders.

This office-based role requires 1–3 years in financial services, strong Excel and client service skills, and a college degree in business or finance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial services or brokerage operations.
• Solid understanding of securities processing and DTC settlement.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail in ledgers.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Effective written and verbal communication under SLAs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• College diploma or university degree in business/finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process DTC and electronic security submissions daily.
• Handle DWAC/DRS transactions and balance reconciliations.
• Review transfer agent records and maintain registry accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide compliant support.
