You will review confirmations, collaborate with brokers and custodians, perform tax‑lot checks, and produce management reports on client activity while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Experience with Salesforce, portfolio and order management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests; work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Settlement Monitor executed equity and fixed income orders via order management systems and FIX lines for accuracy.
• Review trade confirms and reports to resolve issues and avoid failed trades.
• Collaborate with third‑party settlement software for affirmation and settlement.
• Perform tax‑lot relief and cost basis checks in custody systems for accuracy.
• Report cash deficiencies and failed trades to traders and client service teams.
• Maintain transaction files and confirmations in compliance with record-keeping obligations.
• Assist traders with order placement and processing in securities.
• Stay informed on corporate actions affecting positions and required trades.
• Develop relationships with executing brokers and custodians for efficient processing.
• Reconcile discrepancies between firm cash/assets and custodian records; research resolutions.
• Provide management with reports on client activity metrics.
