Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements, proposing target solutions.
- Document client requirements with appropriate sign-off.
- Develop and oversee project delivery plans and facilitate legal agreements.
- Manage project risks and ensure robust governance and reporting.
- Lead virtual teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve practices.
- Prioritize, track, and report on all ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with controls and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

- Knowledge of multiple Securities Services products.
- Project and program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 3-5 years in Financial Services, especially Securities Servicing.
- 2+ years in a client-facing implementation role or equivalent experience.
