Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience in securities clearance preferred.
• Basic understanding of investments.

Responsibilities

• Handle securities processing tasks including processing high-dollar transactions.
• Verify trade settlement information at depository and in proprietary systems.
• May execute new trades/instructions in various markets.
• Process cash movement accurately and timely per deadlines.
• Demonstrate accuracy and timeliness; pass audits.
• Research and resolve inquiries from internal/external parties and provide timely resolutions.
• Contact counterparties to follow up on settlement issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork and cross-train team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
