Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Participate in discovery and case strategy.
• Meet and confer with opposing counsel.
• Work directly with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Develop expertise across securities, antitrust, and consumer litigation.

Associates will have the opportunity to work on nationally significant matters involving major corporations, institutional investors, pension funds, and consumer groups.

San Diego, California | Hybrid Schedule | $160,000 - $220,000+ Bonus

Required

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Interest in complex litigation and federal court practice
