Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Three or more years of experience practicing law (firm, in-house, or government).
• Current member in good standing of the State Bar of California or willingness to become accredited.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Lead Attorney or First Chair on medium-sized or more discrete legal matters with growing complexity.
• Anticipates and mitigates legal and regulatory risks with stakeholders.
• Provides legal advice on complex issues with strategic or performance implications.
