Hawkstone Search seeks a Securities & Capital Markets Attorney (3–5 years) in New York to join a premier AM200 full‑service law firm. The role offers sophisticated transactional work, direct shareholder and client exposure, and an entrepreneurial environment that encourages practice development and new business opportunities.

You'll handle debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance while collaborating with shareholders and clients in a dynamic, collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a law firm
• Experience across corporate, securities, capital markets and M&A
• Significant experience with debt and equity offerings
• Experience with SEC compliance and reporting
• Strong transactional skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• J.D. and strong academic credentials

Compensation: $240,000 - $340,000+ bonus

Our client, a highly regarded AM200 full-service law firm with a sophisticated global client base and an established Securities & Capital Markets Group, is looking to add a 3-5 year associate to its New York team.
