Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school or equivalent.
• Admission to the New York Bar is preferred.
• Experience in securities offerings and capital markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and SEC compliance matters.
• Collaborate with leading partners to manage deal strategy and client relations.
