About the Practice

The U.S. Corporate Transactions practice handles a broad mix of corporate and securities matters, advising both public and private companies on capital markets transactions, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. The breadth of the practice - spanning capital markets, M&A, and public company advisory work - gives associates exposure to a well-rounded corporate skill set rather than a narrowly siloed practice area, across a range of industries.

The Role

The firm is seeking a highly motivated corporate associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join the practice in either its Boston or New York office. The role involves substantive work across capital markets, SEC reporting and compliance, M&A, and general corporate counseling, with meaningful, direct client interaction - associates work closely with management teams, boards of directors, and in-house counsel rather than operating at arm's length from clients. Ideal candidates will have a focus on SEC reporting, public company representation, and capital markets work, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
