Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes (required).
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access as required by the program (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations.
• Provide leadership for junior team members and communicate status/risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities.
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements.
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs.
