Job summary

Dell is seeking a Logistician 2 for Federal Customer operations in Chantilly, VA, onsite 5 days a week. The role focuses on inventory control, warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and asset accountability to support mission continuity.

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and asset management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle materials up to 50-75 pounds. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or asset management operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or warehouse tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure or controlled environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
• Active TS/SCI and ability to maintain access as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes for receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations.
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities.
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements.
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs.
