Job summary

Dell Mission Operations seeks a Warehouse Manager for Federal Customer in Chantilly, VA. This on-site role requires leadership of warehouse and logistics activities in a secure environment, ensuring accuracy, performance, and compliance with program requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage receiving, storage, issuance, and asset accountability, coordinate procurement, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strict TS/SCI access as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or asset management operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or warehouse tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure or controlled environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds safely.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations
• Provide leadership for junior team members, ensure status and risks are communicated to appropriate stakeholders, and support program reporting and deliverable requirements.
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs.
