Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years; OR a High School Diploma with 6 years required
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst; CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent
• Candidates must have an active Secret level clearance at time of hire and ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts
• Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives
• Report task statuses for recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format
• Support environments by means of ticketing requirements systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
• Follow documented technical processes and procedures as assigned
