Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and workstation support.
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Systems Operation Analyst.
• Active clearance (or able to obtain) for restricted programs.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs as a condition of employment.
• Familiarity with security standards (RMF, STIG, JAFAN/JSIG).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Computer Systems Analyst for classified government contracts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Document task status and coordinate across software, hardware, and networks.
• Assist with installation, patching, and configuration management.
• Support backup, security, account creation, and access control.
• Test new product releases for compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Follow documented processes and assist with vendor issues.
• Maintain security logs and assist Cybersecurity as directed.
• Work after hours and weekends as needed.
