RTX's Secure System Engineering internship in Windsor Locks is designed for engineering students who love dissecting systems to understand how they work. You will join the Embedded Product Cybersecurity Engineering team to help harden architectures and test resilience across the Secure System Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).

You'll gain hands-on experience in fuzzing, threat modeling, Python scripting, and secure data handling, with onsite collaboration and real-world projects that influence

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree with at least 60 credit hours by start.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong Python, Linux, and networking basics.
• Enrolled through the internship/co-op session.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with fuzzing and penetration tests to evaluate attack surface.
• Develop threat models and data flow diagrams to ensure data isolation.
• Implement MAC through SELinux policy development.
• Participate in code reviews and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and improve tools and scripts for the team.
