Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS or related field or equivalent experience.

The Network Architect is responsible for designing, managing, and improving the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures network systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and perform efficiently. The Network Architect leads network projects, supports technology integrations, and helps protect the organization from security risks while driving modernization and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major network initiatives that improve network capabilities, security, and overall performance.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Review network architectures and ensure they align with company standards and best practices.
• Manage the integration of new technologies and network components into the existing environment.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase network efficiency and reliability.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to understand operational needs and develop appropriate network solutions.
• Establish and enforce network standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Design and implement network automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and participate in Agile SAFe planning and sprint activities.
• Support project teams in delivering network-related projects successfully.
• Recommend process and technology improvements to maximize the value of existing security investments and meet regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience supporting and managing enterprise network environments.
• 3+ years of experience designing and leading large-scale network architecture initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or Fortinet are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, engineering, security, and operations.
• Experience with network protocols, encryption technologies, and security controls.
• Understanding of IT risk management, change management, and operational processes.
• Experience designing both cloud-based and on‑premises network environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
