Job summary

Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Sales Development Program in Nashville, TN welcomes recent graduates with a related degree to launch a career in sales. The program begins with 6 weeks of training, followed by an 18-month inside sales rotation housed at the Schneider Electric Hub in Nashville.

You will gain exposure to APC and Secure Power offerings while building customer-facing skills. Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, be highly motivated, and willing to relocate

Qualifications

Recent graduate with a related degree or certification.
Available to start in January 2027 or July 2027.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Willing to relocate for program and post-program role.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth and market share for Schneider Electric products and services.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies as part of a team.
Learn sales and technical training curricula to broaden sales knowledge.
Engage with leadership for career development and coaching.
Collaborate with peers in the 2026 Sales Development Program cohort.
