Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Logistician for Federal Customer to support mission operations. This on-site role ensures secure handling of equipment, materials, and supply workflows within a controlled environment, with emphasis on accuracy and auditability.

You will manage inventory, coordinate procurement, perform cycle counts, and generate status reports while ensuring asset accountability across warehouse and field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, procurement, or asset management operations.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or warehouse tracking platforms.
• Strong asset control, shipping/receiving, and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure or controlled environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain access.

Responsibilities

• Closely follows processes for receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping of program equipment and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset accountability records across warehouse and field operations
• Coordinate procurement requests, order tracking, and vendor follow-up activities
• Support material planning and replenishment to meet operational demand
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Prepare logistics status updates, inventory reports, and exception reporting
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and security requirements
• Partner with program, engineering, and field teams to prioritize mission-critical material needs
