Qualifications

• 3 years of Red Hat Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Certifications such as RHCSA, CompTIA Linux+, and Security+ encouraged.
• Strong understanding of RHEL/CentOS and package management (RPM, YUM).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
• Automate onboarding, installing, configuring, and deploying applications to a secure production environment.
• Develop and maintain a platform that automates Linux maintenance and patching.
• Conduct routine and complex troubleshooting to resolve OS, software configurations, and system updates.
• Collaborate with development teams to support the full application lifecycle from onboarding to production deployment.
• Ensure all systems meet government and organizational security requirements (NIST, STIGs).
• Participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis for system and application issues.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and customers to implement service improvements.
