Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Or a Bachelor's degree with significant library operations experience (5+ years).
• 2–3 years of professional library experience and familiarity with circulation systems.

Responsibilities

• Library Operations: Open/close library vault daily and provide reference support to analysts.
• Collection Management: Manage circulation, tracking, and inventory for physical holdings.
• Collection Maintenance: Inventory, weeding, redistribution, and shelving to standards.
• Document management and workflow familiarity; protect confidential materials.
