Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer (5–10 years) to design, build, and maintain secure web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS. You will develop RESTful APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold stringent security standards in a DoD-related environment.

Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel may be required. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for access to defense-related systems. Experience with CI/CD and container tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and secure web application development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as Redux or Next.js.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development practices.
• U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for access to defense-related systems).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Design RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, systems engineers, and database administrators to implement robust software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, integration testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to project-specific security and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Support migration of legacy applications to modern web architectures where required.
