Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Digital Applications team in Downers Grove, IL. You will own customer-facing digital applications, work with vendor partners, and serve as a foundational technical resource for digital experiences and e-commerce growth.

The role emphasizes ownership of React/Node-based platforms, collaboration across teams, and driving internal engineering capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end) experience.
• Experience building customer-facing web platforms and REST APIs.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing web applications and digital platforms.
• Develop scalable front-end solutions using React.js.
• Build and support back-end APIs and services using Node.js.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Partner with third-party development partners on enhancements and strategic projects.
• Become an internal technical expert for React/Node applications and own platform improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and development best practices.
• Help establish a stronger internal engineering capability.
