Job summary

VivSoft Technologies LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to support a federal program, delivering end-to-end application development across front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and data operations.

You will work with TypeScript, Node.js, Go, and modern SPA frameworks in an Agile setting, collaborating with Product Owners, DevSecOps and Platform Engineers to build secure, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• 3-7 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Experience using TypeScript for client-side and server-side development.
• Hands-on experience developing Node.js applications using Express.
• Experience with TypeORM or similar ORM.
• Experience developing REST microservices in Go using Echo or similar framework.
• Experience with Vue 3, React, or Angular for modern SPAs.
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and SQL migrations.
• Experience using Redis for caching and session management.
• Experience documenting REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience implementing OIDC and JWT-based authentication (Keycloak or similar).
• Experience automated testing with Vitest/Jest or similar, and Cypress for end-to-end tests.
• Hands-on with Docker and containerized app development.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications across UI, backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Develop client-side and server-side components using TypeScript.
• Build and maintain Node.js services with Express and TypeORM.
• Develop REST microservices in Go using Echo.
• Create responsive SPAs with Vue 3/React/Angular.
• Design relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and manage migrations.
• Implement Redis caching and session management.
• Document APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Implement secure authentication with OIDC/JWT and Keycloak.
• Develop automated tests with Vitest/Jest, Go tests, and Cypress.
• Use Docker for containerized environments.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow secure coding practices and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevSecOps, QA, and stakeholders throughout SDLC.
• Produce technical docs and system design materials.
