Job summary

Cydecor is hiring a Software Developer in Reston, VA to work with the MARS Infrastructure Team. You will build secure software mainly with frontend technologies (Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript) and understand backend data sources.

The role requires US citizenship and offers hybrid work with mandatory on-site days in Reston. Responsibilities include designing, developing, debugging, and testing modern applications, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring code quality through reviews and tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing distributed software apps.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Linux, Git, Jira, Confluence and Artifactory.
• Knowledge of API best practices and frontend microservices.
• Agile development lifecycle and secure software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver modern secure software applications.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement preventive measures.
