Job summary

SPG Incorporated seeks a Senior Security Project Manager to lead high-priority SCIF/SAPF and secure-facility projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate security requirements, accreditation, TEMPEST, and customer engagement with government stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education may be considered.
• 7–10 years of experience in physical and technical security.
• Extensive knowledge of TEMPEST, RF shielding, RF and acoustic testing, TSCM, PDS, CNSSI 7003, UL 2050 standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex SCIF/SAPF and secure-facility projects.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and accreditation outcomes.
• Lead TEMPEST coordination and ensure security requirements are incorporated into project execution.
• Lead security-management coordination with security consultants, government personnel, and customers.
• Develop and manage accreditation-package readiness and milestone submissions.
• Mentor junior project managers in security-management and accreditation.
