Intrepid is seeking a skilled Food Services General Manager to lead daily operations of food service programs within a secure environment in Florida. You will supervise staff, manage the budget, ensure food quality, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining food safety and security standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field (or relevant experience), 5+ years in food service management, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, General Studies or an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
• Minimum of five years in food service management or related field.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing operations with strong cost controls.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and budgeting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations, including prep, service, catering and events.
• Prepare and manage annual budget, track expenses, and report performance to leadership.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, security, and contractual requirements.
