Secure Facility Construction Program Manager

ARS is seeking a Secure Facility Construction Program Manager located at Hanscom AFB. This role is responsible for transitioning current secure facilities to new secure locations.

Position Highlights:

• Deep knowledge of construction principles, policies, and practices.
• Evaluate construction progress across all phases.
• Ensure all milestones are met for secure facilities to be operational.
• Lead the readiness of new secure facilities for operation.
• Oversee disposition and maintenance of prior secure facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and base personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Functions:

• Manage equipment and supplies upkeep.
• Maintain safety certifications and inspection records.
• Track work orders and manage data.
• Serve as liaison with functional branches and supervisors.
• Utilize government tracking systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
