24/7 Facility Project Manager (TS/SCI)

Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions, through its IAP World Services subsidiary, seeks an experienced Facility Project Manager to run daily operations for a 24/7 National Security program in the National Capital region. You will oversee budget, scheduling, staffing, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with government partners.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of facility services experience, knowledge of safety/quality controls, and an active TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors desired.
• 3 years experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
• 5 years experience supporting facility management services.
• Experience with Quality Control and Site Safety and Health responsibilities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Yankee White (YW).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operations of the 24/7 facility project are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet customer satisfaction.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on schedule.
• Staff and train project shifts to ensure coverage.
• Maintain authority to act for the company on contractual matters on-site during Government hours.
• Be available within 30 minutes during Government hours and on-site within two hours after hours as required.
• Ensure work priorities are achieved.
