GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks a dedicated transport professional to securely move detainees between locations. You will ensure vehicles are maintained and compliant, complete required DVIRs, and handle all trip paperwork with accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying permits, licenses, and safety equipment, and managing detainee handoffs with attention to detail and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and state employment requirements.
• Must have CDL with Passenger endorsement at hire.
• Completion of DOT-approved driver training and certified training in Corrections/Law Enforcement or Military.

Responsibilities

• Transport detainees securely between destinations.
• Ensure vehicles are safe and maintained; complete DVIRs.
• Verify permits, licenses, and safety equipment before trips.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Obtain detainee paperwork at pickup and delivery points.
