Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of PC configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with file systems and data formats.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security practices (encryption, MFA).
• Experience with Windows File Share Administration and Active Directory.
• Experience with server/desktop virtualization and basic network security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new tools.
• Experience in Client Technical Support.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and a professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute and facilitate digital client data transfers within the Matter Mobility team.
• Support onboarding/off-boarding data transfers for client matters and related tasks.
• Implement Firm policies for transferring digital client records.
• Transfer digital records to/from the Document Management System and other repositories.
• Classify inbound/outbound transfers and document in repositories for due diligence.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate metadata across transfers.
• Utilize FTP server tech, security controls, and metadata structures.
• Coordinate Matter Mobility processes and track documentation updates.
• Respond to client transfer requests promptly.
• Export data from the Document Management System as needed.
• Handle multiple data formats and troubleshoot transfer issues.
• Answer questions about the transfer process.
• Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
