Job summary

GMRE Inc. is seeking a Data Handler/Program Management professional to support management of multiple Research Development Test & Evaluation projects for the Electronic Warfare Group.

You will handle data transfers, coordinate with operators and engineers, and ensure secure, auditable data handling across classified environments. The role requires independent work, strong planning and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must understand project/business management processes and scheduling methods.
• Ability to plan, initiate, and manage projects; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Work is performed independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Data Handler - manage all software transfer requests into and out of the 445 Test Squadron classified areas.
• Accept requests from Operators, Developers, Technicians, Admins and other requestors.
• Manage accountability for Transfer-Media (Data Locker, CD/DVD, SSD, etc.).
• Work with Requestors, Sys Admins, cyber security and media custodians to complete Assured File Transfer Checklist.
