Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager for cryptographic systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to mature new technology from TRL concepts through accreditation and production, interfacing with customers and executives.

You must have a STEM degree and a SECRET clearance, with 10+ years of experience or 7+ years with an advanced degree. This onsite role offers relocation support and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production.
• Experience operating as a Product Owner in an Agile Environment.
• Active and transferable SECRET clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cryptographic product development efforts within a cross-functional team.
• Interact with External Customers and interface with stakeholders.
• Participate in the systems development lifecycle from design to verification and production.
• Manage program schedule and cost performance (SPI / CPI) and help develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to meet milestones and present data to customers and leadership.
