Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking a Radio and Communications Security Repairer to maintain secure communication systems for units. You will install, repair, calibrate, and align equipment to ensure reliable, NSA-approved security communications.

You will train through Basic and Advanced Individual Training, earning a regular paycheck while learning critical technical skills and potential tuition assistance for further education.

Qualifications

• Must enlist in Army National Guard.
• Age 17–35 or meet eligibility criteria.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet legal/moral standards.
• MOS assignment depends on MOS availability.

Responsibilities

• Use test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Install and repair circuits and wiring; calibrate components.
• String overhead cables between utility poles and test systems.
