Job summary

DC Army National Guard is seeking a Radio and Communications Security Repairer to maintain secure communications equipment and systems for Army National Guard units.

You will install, repair, calibrate, and align components, test equipment, and perform preventive maintenance. Advanced roles include training others, complex repairs, and using NSA-approved components in secure communications.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in the Army National Guard
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Calibrate and align equipment components
• Install and repair circuits, wiring, and overhead cables
• Train and supervise other Soldiers and ensure use of NSA-approved components
