Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Experience with COMSEC security programs.
• Active DOE Q-level security clearance or equivalent DOD Top Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the COMSEC program for secure connectivity.
• Maintain records of accountable material and ensure federal requirements are met.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot encrypting devices with networking SME support.
• Coordinate with Federal officials and internal stakeholders for compliance.
• Manage keying material, COMSEC accounts, and audit databases.
• Create and update COMSEC databases in line with directives.
• Monitor network health and troubleshoot bottlenecks or anomalies.
• Support security audits and document corrective actions.
