Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Lab Manager to sustain lab functions and support IT provisioning for lab environments. You will issue equipment, maintain inventories, and help users access lab resources with timely support.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred), and experience across Linux/Unix, macOS, and imaging Apple devices. Nightwing offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required and an active clearance is needed.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS suitability.
• Experience with lab management or systems administration.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and macOS operating systems.
• Experience imaging workstations, Apple products preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication across all levels.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provision and issue equipment to end users and maintain inventory.
• Provide VPN or VDI support (Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, AWS).
• Inventory IT assets including licenses and hardware.
• Assist users in accessing labs and responding promptly to needs.
• Administer and maintain Apple products and OS.
