Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT/Cybersecurity/Risk Management.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting with AI/ML risk.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks or security strategy programs for enterprises.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and risks of generative AI and agentic systems; familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LL Model Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, or EU AI Act.
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk model design for clients adopting generative AI.
• Translate objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite into governance frameworks and control models.
• Advise clients on AI security strategy while reviewing governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, quality, and client expectations across AI security programs.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, Application Security, and Security Operations to translate strategy into requirements.
• Develop reusable cyber strategy assets and coach practitioners on advisory quality.
