Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Sector Safety Manager - Federal & Environmental Programs to lead SH&E across federal, environmental, infrastructure and field programs. You will partner with Sector leadership to implement safety, health, and environmental requirements and ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, FAR/DFARS.

You'll drive risk-based decision making, develop improvement plans, mentor safety professionals, and maintain an enterprise-wide safety culture focused on prevention and responsible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety, environmental, or engineering field required.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive SH&E experience with federal/infrastructure work.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SH&E partner to Sector leadership, PMs, and project teams.
• Translate SH&E strategy and standards into sector and project execution.
• Provide oversight and direction to safety personnel aligned with leadership.
• Monitor SH&E performance, identify risks, and drive improvement plans.
• Lead audits, investigations, and incident management across programs.
• Support environmental compliance and contractual SH&E requirements.
