About The Role

As a CBRE Sector Lead - Sr Finance Director, you will develop and manage all departmental finance functions, maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

What You'll Do

• Supervise staff, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment.
• Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
• Support executive management in setting business direction.
• Develop departmental priorities, financial policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations to support initiatives and review capital expenditure projects.

What You'll Need
