RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Mechanical Technical Execution and Section Leader for the Coyote program. This onsite leadership role guides a team of 10+ engineers, shapes technical strategy, drives design maturity, and ensures cross‑team alignment across a high‑stakes defense program.

You will manage technical activities with rapid upgrade cycles, hardware builds, and tests, while balancing cost and schedule and supporting program reviews and customer requirements.],

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
10+ years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
Experience with rapid development and mechanical design/release/build/test.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline management for 10+ engineers in design, production, and data packages.
Lead multi-discipline engineering teams across system development, integration, and checkout.
Set goals and monitor team accomplishments; ensure adherence to Raytheon processes.
