Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology/CS.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Experience delivering software products within SDLC and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Delivery Management team and coordinate work to ensure cost-effective staffing.
• Ensure profitable growth and meet billable goals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology solutions aligned with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Guide and align product delivery across all phases from initiation to deployment.
• Serve as escalation point for customers and ensure transparent status reporting.
• Collaborate with business development, leads, and project managers on proposals.
• Manage department budget, workload reporting, and financial targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and compliance with safety policies.
