Qualifications

• 2+ years Section 8 / affordable housing experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, EIV, and recertifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Annual and Interim Recertifications (HUD 4350.3).
• Manage Section 8 waitlist, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with HAP processing, rent changes, and TRACS corrections.
• Support resident relations and daily property operations.
• Process applications, verifications, and maintain compliant files.
