BCG Attorney Search seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Austin, TX with 3–6 years of ITC experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ITC issues, will collaborate with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team, and will articulate strategic legal approaches while managing multiple active projects under pressure.

Applicants should hold a JD, be admitted or pursuing admission to the Texas bar, and demonstrate excellent academics and interpersonal skills, ready

Qualifications

• Three to six years of ITC case experience.
• Knowledge of IP law; technical background not required.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation unit.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
• Handle multiple projects under pressure.
