The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience practicing before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and should have participated in at least two Section 337 ITC cases. Familiarity with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure is essential.
