U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center Fayetteville, NC seeks an administrative professional to coordinate the work of the Executive Office with Clinical Business Operations.
You will support the CEO-level team and handling complex scheduling, correspondence, and reports. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of specialized experience at GS-7 level or higher, typing 40 WPM, and proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel.
Employee will be assigned under the Associate Director Clinical Business Operations, VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC, serving as a member of the Medical Center Executive Team support/administrative staff and is responsible for coordinating the work of the Executive Office with the work of the subordinate services/offices associated with Clinical Business Operations.
Applicants must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped them with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this position. To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-7 level in the Federal service.
