As a Secretary Level 1 with Special School District (SSD), you will help keep your department organized, connected, and running smoothly through exceptional administrative support and customer service. As the first point of contact for many employees, families, and community members, you will create a welcoming experience while coordinating the day to day operations that allow your team to focus on serving students. Through your organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, you will support communication, scheduling, records management, budgeting, and departmental processes. Whether coordinating meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining confidential records, or supporting staff and leadership, your work will play an essential role in the efficient operation of the department and the District as a whole.
