Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for CEO communications.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Develop and monitor work plans for finance-led projects and follow up on deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support including expense management and filing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide personal assistance such as bill payments, errands, and event planning.
  • Represent the CEO with confidentiality and professionalism.

Job description

Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.

Serve as the primary point of contact for communications directed to the CEO.

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications as required.

Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, memos, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.

Develop and monitor work plans for finance-led projects and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

Provide general administrative support, including expense management, filing, document organization, and office coordination.

Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Provide personal assistance, including bill payments, errands, gift shopping, event planning, and other tasks as required.

Represent the CEO professionally while maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling all information and company matters.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
