Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Network Engineer in Norfolk, VA to support a large federal client. You will provide network planning guidance, deployment support, and hands-on maintenance for routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD, and Exchange.

The role requires 4 years of IT/networking experience, an active DoD Secret Clearance, and one of the CCST/CCT/CCNA certifications. You will coordinate IA training and support government processes throughout deployments.

Qualifications

• 4 years of IT/networking experience.
• Ability to provide direct computer and network support.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• One of CCST, CCT, or CCNA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide network technical guidance during planning and deployment activities.
• Offer hands-on support for routers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, AD and Exchange.
• Assist in IA training development and D-30 process execution.
• Coordinate deployment logistics and post-deployment government reviews.
