Job summary

Centuria is hiring a Senior Network/Systems Technician to support the US Fleet Forces Command (USFF) HQ in Norfolk, VA, at a Government facility. The role covers broad IT engineering, network operations, and information security responsibilities, with on-site implementation and rapid response.

Candidates must have a Secret clearance and experience with Windows server/AD, STIGs, VMware, HBSS, and SSO/Identity Management. Knowledge of NETAPP storage and SQL Server is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or AA/AS with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT engineering and technical services for system engineering and support.
• Support operation and maintenance of USFF networks and related hardware/software.
• Configure and deploy new/added clients on locally managed networks.
• Application server administration and configuration including SSO and Identity Management.
• Key Infrastructure Management, Cryptographic Log On, Server Replication, Backups and Load Balancing.
• On-site support for application end users and support personnel, including deployment, AD management, data recovery, and client hardware/software support.
• Maintain system/network/application security integrity and IA policy compliance.
• Provide 24x7 on-call technical support for USFF operations.
