Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of warehouse, records, clerical, or data entry experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with scanning or inventory systems preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications for Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, organize, file, retrieve, and move boxes and records in the warehouse.
• Prepare high-volume paper documents for scanning and digital conversion.
• Operate document scanning equipment and perform quality control checks.
• Index and enter document information into computer systems with accuracy.
• Process file transfers and maintain records using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Answer and document records-related requests as assigned.
• Meet production and quality standards while following security and confidentiality procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
